The KA431ZTA is a three-terminal adjustable regulator with a guaranteed thermal stability overapplicable temperature ranges. The output voltage may beset to any value between VREF (approximately 2.5 volts)and 36 volts with two external resistors It has a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2W activeoutput circuitry provides a very sharp turn oncharacteristic, making these devices excellentreplacement for zener diodes in many applications.
